E-Commerce Manager
Independent planning, piloting and functional development, implementation and controlling of e-commerce projects with internal and external partners in coherence with all legal norms and safety that may apply.
Job description:
- Planning and building organizational and human structure necessary to support the business in cooperation with retail and commercial teams
- Following the innovation and trends in the eCommerce business and planning future expansion and development
- Co-creating the advertising strategy across all online and offline platforms with the support of the communication team
- Setting goals and KPIs
Job requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a similar position in a retail company
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building, empathy and the ability to understand people and to react appropriately.
- Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in an open, transparent and conflict-solving way.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of e-commerce.
- Demonstrated knowledge of UX, conversion and usability optimization.
- Excellent organizational management skills.
- Skills to plan, elaborate and base decisions on practicability and profitability.
- Ability to create visions and long term projects.
- highly proficient in spoken and written English
